Congratulations to Rumen Stefanov, LZ2RS who has earned
Worked All States Award #42
Rumen is the first Bulgarian ham to apply for an Elecraft award.
Rumen accomplished this feat using K2 #526.
All QSOs were completed on 20 Meters and all QSOs were made at
a power of 1 Watt! So not only did Rumen earn WAS; but it also looks
like he broke 1000 Miles Per Watt at least 50 times over!
Rumen, thanks for applying for the Award, it is in the mail and is
on it's way to you.
