I saw that information and concluded that it did not apply to my ears.
I would suggest that anyone who wants to experiment to tune into a CW signal and alter the pitch to that which is most beneficial to their ears. Then use an audio Spectrum Analyzer running into a computer soundcard (such as Spectrogram - download a good copy from my website www.w3fpr.com) to see what pitch is being received. I have done that a number of times and have concluded that 570 Hz is the best for my ears, but each person is a bit different, decide for yourself and let your ears tell you what is best for you.
