Let's get the obvious questions out of the way 1st...
1. You have pressed the "DATA" button in for more than about 1 second and
moved the setting to 'RX THR1' through to 'RX THR9' ?
2. Have you tried the various different settings of THR<number> ?
3. Do you have the preamp on? I find that, despite what it says in the
manual, you need the preamp on for signals to be strong enough to set the
decoder going.

I'm now the proud owner of a KX3 and for the most part have everything
setup and working. The one thing I can't get to work currently is the CW
(and likely RTTY and PSK) decode.
