The power supply from allelectronics appears to be quite inexpensive, but keep in mind, it is a switching = potentially noisy power supply.
I have read favorable comments on the Velleman PS1303U power supply as being quiet, and it is not very expensive either. Google is your friend. My general advice is not to buy cheap because one then tends to buy twice and spend more. This also applies to the external battery you are considering to buy.
