I've heard that the MFJ doesn't give the sign of the reactive component - in otherwords, can't tell whether it's a capacitor or an inductor. I have an Autek Research VA1 - can hardly believe that it has an old 68HC705P6 as its engine, but it works as advertised and I like it.
