That page says there is a built-in way to keep your clock synced, but it is hard to find. Why not just walk people through the documentation?
In Windows Vista or later, you get a conforming implementation of NTP. Earlier Windows versions are broken, even though I was using NTP with no problems for test and measurement in the early 90's.
