Since I have two Prosets, I am thinking of changing the HC5 element
in the older Proset with a W2ENY replacement element.
Why spend $25 for the W2ENY element when you can do the same thing
for $3 - $4 at your nearest Radio Shack? See:

*Any* electret element is going to be a "high fidelity" element using
the W2ENY definition. None have any inherent frequency shaping ...
