Yes, that is normal. BUT you can stop it and ground the shell of the mic jack at the same time. Remove the right side panel and at the base of the mic jack, scrape a bit of the green solder mask material away (make certain it is clean right up to the base of the mic jack). The apply heat from a large soldering tip to both the board ground plane and the mic jack. It will take a bit of time to heat it up until it will melt solder. When you have a 'blob' of solder adhering to both the board and the mic jack, you are done - no more movement of the mic jack shell.
