Dick, Wayne, Many thanks. Thanks to Dick's explanation below, the Problem is solved. Amateur Contact Log now reads and controls the KX3 regardless of PA Mode on/off. The solution was to manually set the KX3 baud rate to 38.4 and set AC log to that as well. Previously, AC Log and the KX3 were communicating at 4800 Baud.
