Dear Elecrafters, K3 #7841 was completed this afternoon and made the first QSO this evening. Currently a QRP K3, using an out board ATU - it probably will have an ATU added some day.
The build was (naturally) very straightforward - it's a few years since my last Elecraft kit, a K1. One question, I have the latest Elecraft supplied USB to RS232 convertor. I am able to talk to the K3 from the laptop, but only at 4800 baud.
