When the AUTO LED is flashing it means that the KAT needs RF so that it can 
complete the tune (or segment switch). It isn’t going into bypass mode.
Some of the things that were added means that it takes a little but longer to 
finish determining the frequency. But I do have to ask: what speed is your
keyer set to? 

There is more work ongoing. This is beta, after all…
