The toroids have changed because of the KPA100UPKT.
If you have ordered that kit to update your older kit, you will have two blue toroid cores. The red cores for use at L15 and L16 will not be used. No, you cannot use those cores, you must have 15 uHy of inductance at L16 and RFC1 and it would take more turns on the red cores than you would want to wind.

Make certain you also have the updated shield kit. If it is current you will have a shield for the speaker magnet and 3 grounding clips as well as 2 solder lugs to ground the SO-239 jack directly to the outer side of the shield.
