I have been trying to figure out why my K3 won't power down completely. I currently have it connected to both a MicroHam USB 3 and a Y connector to my SPE 1K FA through the ACC. It works perfect when powered on. But shutdown cycle is not so perfect.
The background light doesn't turn off all the way when powering down and stays lot without any digits or sound from the receiver. I have been unplugging it to turn it off, and I noticed that the last time I plugged the power in it came back on to normal operation. Any thoughts on this would be great. I am wondering if it is a bad Y cable.
