you didn't mention if you had others to begin with (inventory at start);
typically you need two for securing the back (battery cover) to the front...
If you have those already in place, did you also build the keyer paddle?
it has one (thinner knob than the KX1).
if not any of that, I might guess you were sent "extra goodies"?
