How far away from room temperature should my PA be if I'm just receiving?
I noticed while testing in TEST mode that my fans kept turning on. After turning on DISP, I noticed my PA temp at 37C (fans running). At 35C, they turn off. Then, over a period of about two minutes, the PA creeps up to 36 and then 37. This happens over and over again. Room temp is around 24 or 25C.
I cannot say I've ever noticed this before. Perhaps the 10 degree difference is normal, but I don't remember the fans cycling like that and I spend a lot of time in the shack.
