It all depends on whose Sabbath you are referring to. The USPS still delivers mail on my Sabbath. There is talk of cutting deliveries to three days a week, but all that will accomplish is to make larger per-carrier loads to deliver, necessitating more carrier-hours, which doesn't save money at all.
