Seasons Greetings Friends, I have been without time and space to use my K2s for about 4 months now, and it looks like it will be at least another year before I will have some time to use them. So instead of storing them, I am selling them and will build another 1 or 2 when I can use it (them).
Serial No 319. I built this sweet little rig. It is bone stock as shipped at the time. No mods or aditions. However, I have a KSB2 and KNB2 (both unbuilt) that go with it. It works great and is in 9.5 condition. It has a couple of slight scuffs on the case. 15W out on all bands. $550 Serial No 2534. I bought this built and have modified it as follows: K2ATOBKT A to B upgrade K2KEYMDKT Keying Mod Kit XFILMDKIT 2nd Filter Ugrade Kit E850093 VFO ALC/10M mod kit E850138 Temp. Comp. PLL Ref. upgrade BFOMDKT BFO toroid and PLL Ref. Xtal upgrade E850089 speaker cloth FWK2MCUIO MCU and IOC upgrade 2.04 I also made the modification to clean up the low AF gain static. It comes with a MH2 hand mic as well as well as uninstalled KSB2 Mod kit, SSBCAPKT cap kit and 14 matched xtals. I modified this just before I lost my antenna and shack area. I know power output is 15 watts on all bands, and aligned according to instructions, but have not had a qso since the upgrade. It seems to work fine, just probably needs the filters aligned again. Also in 9.5 condition. $675.
