My approach to this was to use my band decoders to drive a 4P relay and use the relay contacts to drive filters, antenna switching, and "an add circuit" so if 2 of the relays were on the same band a piezo device that emits a tone as a warning of both radios being on the same band. My 2 radio band decoder is HB but the same idea could be implemented with a commercial units.
