I learned from a customer that you can set PF1 to toggle SPKR+PH without a specific macro:
HOLD MENU for CONFIG, then rotate VFO B to SPKR+PH. Then hold the RIT/PF1 button. That assigns PF1 to toggle the current menu selection.
