I know another Elecraft owner who has one of the GHD standard bugs and he's very happy with it. Indeed, he finds it so smooth that other bugs feel crude to his fist.
Like I said before, GHD has a very good reputation. Forrest Gump teaches us that a supposedly "dim bulb" actually may be very bright on a different wavelength.
