Hello Fellow Polar Bears, It's that time of the year when everyone has a giving heart. Well, Polar Bear # 1 isn't an exception. Since the EPA QRP Club took over the Polar Bear Program, it's fitting that Ron, WB3AAL, have Polar Bear Number One. So starting Christmas Day, WB3AAL will have Polar Bear number one. WA3WSJ will take the Polar Bear #2 slot. What does this mean?
