Hi What you wish can be done with Win4k3suite. It has the ability to allow third party apps to connect to it. It also allows the use of a Web cam or hardware video capture port and have full control of the p3. This can be installed on the remote machine and then you can use Team viewer to control it remotely. There are many clients for Team viewer.
