Hi Tim, I'm a Navy-Marine Corps MARS member and I use my KX3 and KXPA100 for our nets and other operations, out of the ham bands.
Our support staff can help you with this. You'll need to forward a copy of your MARS credentials. Please contact support when the office is open, after 9 AM Pacific Time.
