Hi Irwin, The answer to your question is no but I think you're on the right track. There are several items that are band selectable that could affect the audio output of your SUB RX on 15 meters. The most likely of these is your antenna selection. If you accidentally selected ANT 2 or AUX RX for your SUB RX on 15 meters and if you don't have anything connected to those inputs then you would indeed hear no audio on your right channel speaker when on 15 meters.
