In preparation for the upcoming ARRL Sweepstakes, I checked the firmware versions for my KX3, KXPA100 & PX3. The only one that need to be upgraded was the KXPA100. After doing this, the KX3 would no longer recognize the KXPA100. I had to go back into the KX3 menu settings and reconfigure it for the KXPA100?
This is the first time I have seen this happen, were the firmware upgrade on the KXPA100 changes the settings in the KX3. Must be the ghost of contesting past having fun with me!
