I have a 250W amplifier for sale. It is an RM HLA 300. It is rated at 5W in for 300W out for 10-160 M. It has automatic bandpass filter selection, swr and over temp protection. This is a great accessory to any QRP station and works very well with a K2 or FT-817. The specs say it will deliver 300 W out, but I find that this is only true for 160 & 80 M. It will deliver betwen 140-280w out on 10-40M with 5 W of drive. I can send a pdf of the manual or data sheet, or you can find it at their web site www.rmitaly.com under amateur radio.
