Chris, This is not supposed to happen (first case I've heard of), so you could just request a replacement 2-meter module. That said, you could probably re-glue the nut in place temporarily using a tiny bit of epoxy, avoiding the threads. Once the TO220 device tab is secured by the screw, the adhesive no longer serves any function.
