I saw it last night for the first time on 160m and I was running the amp. I saw this happen for more than a "few seconds" and at several random intervals. I currently have firmware 1.29 installed and I could put 1.09 back into it. I don't recall seeing this happen with 1.09 or, at least, the recovery of the P3 was much faster.
