It might be good if you provided more into:

 * Which modes?
 * Only after an extended key-down TX period or
   on receive, too?
 * How much drift in what period of time?
 * Do you have the KTCXO3-1TCXO installed in your
   K3? (which may be what you mean by
   "temperature controlled crystal")
 * How are you measuring the frequency to
   determine the drift -- i.e., how did you
   conclude it is drifing?

that sort of thing.
