WSJT-X works very well with K3 and KX3 set for Digital A. As others have noted, we need to set the bandwidth per mode. I don't know how to interpret the image you posted -- there's too little time on the waterfall, and no amplitude display.
This almost looks like the sort of problem that could be from a miswired cable, or from not having equipment bonded together properly. You should be using the Line Input of the K3. When the Line Input is selected, the Mic Gain knob acts as Line Input Gain.
