That is incorrect. The purchase price is directly affected by the exchange rate. They even provide a link to xe.com on their website so you can figure out the actual cost in $USD. Be aware that there is still an exchange rate fee charged by your bank when you make the transaction, so the final cost will still be higher than the price calculated in xe.com.
