Hello everyone, I have some questions related to running the KX-3 in the field on portable power. I read through a number of threads on this site and if I understand correctly the KX-3 generally favors a high voltage feed.
I am wondering if anyone is using Goal Zero system for their portable operation. http://www.goalzero.com/ Goal Zero makes excellent systems (use them for backpacking) and it’s basically plug and play. The only done side I can see to their solution is the 12V regulated output. I would appreciate any feedback from the field.
