Karsten, I believe what you are looking for is listed at http://www.heilsound.com/amateur/pro_set_quiet_phone.htm - for operation with the K2, you may need the mic element for the Icom, the HC4 and HC5 elements usually need a preamp to properly operate with the K2 - and you may need an adapter (or build your own). A note to Bob Heil may be the best way to have your questions properly addressed.
