I have used USPS to ship to UK, EU, and AUS on several occasions and it all went well. Just keep in mind that local postal and/or customs may hold the item for a few days before even notifying the recipient that it has arrived.

Some places do not charge the recipient a VAT on Amateur Radio gear...it's a good idea to check before sending.

Hi all -
just wondering if anybody here has had any experience yet with shipping
Elecraft gear to EU / Germany via USPO services ( i.e.Express Mail Internat.)?
Costs seem rather favourable compared to UPS rates...time for me wouldn't be
a major factor.
Thanks for sharing your ideas, 73!
