Hi Ted,

I remember that he experimented with a remote that was basically a stepper 
motor that had a reduction gearing and range control switching to prevent 
running past the stops. IIRC don't think he was entirely happy with the results 
but it worked. He doesn't mention it as a product.

Write him at the email on his web site and you will get an answer. He is a nice 
guy and will probably point you to possible solutions.
