Hi everybody, First, many thanks to George AI4VZ, Knut AB2TC, Harry NK9R, Jim K9YC and Brian K3KO, for their prompt mails (five answers within 2 1/4 hours !). Nobody told me that what I'm looking for does exist.... I will adopt the "Hands-on" attitude and make my own DB9 connector, leaving the screws and the shells aside. If this doesn't work in a reliable way, I will move to the USB adapter. I doubt Hewlett Packard will accept to cancel the sale and give my money back. I let you know...
