You need the beta firmware upgrade for the P3.
I installed two TX MON boards in my two P3's. I upgraded both K3s and both P3s. In neither P3 to I get a TX MON in the menu. I installed both P3's TX MON boards on a grounded mat and I was also grounded. So I am at a loss why there is no TX MON appearing in my P3 Menu.
