My preference is PayPal. In cases of fraud or ..."not as described"... , They are very helpful in refunding your money.
Most fraudsters know PayPal will hound them, so they decline PayPal. Worse yet are those that decline USPS Money Orders (Mail Fraud) and Demand payment via Western Union.
