I go to 40m band and start to transmit on ssb. First there light all led on ALC-bar and output would be well over 100W Sometimes my external SWR/power-meter shows 160W output!!! After first words everything is okay. Where is the problem? My k2 sn4781 has only one mod on ssb-board (R14 1k -> 6.8k), no ki6wx-mod.
