I’m sure this operator’s e-mail account was hacked. I see e-mail like this from 
a hacked account every other day. It is not the poster’s fault. The hackers are 
very sophisticated. The e-mail has an intriguing subject and most of the body 
is a single mysterious URL.

Delete the e-mail, feel sorry for the person who was hacked, and move on.
