There have been some posts where it was asserted that pushing the Print Screen key fails in Windows.
This is not quite correct: pushing the Print Screen key in Windows puts a copy of the current screen onto the Clipboard, which can then be pasted into any picture-editing software, like the Windows accessory Paint. >From there it can be edited and saved in your choice of format (like .jpg), or it can be printed. If, as is common, a picture of only the currently active window is desired, Alt-Print Screen puts only that portion of the screen onto the Clipboard.
