Voice synthesizer no, but for the visually impaired there is a program
on http://www.elecraft.com/k2_remote.htm#voice called K3 Voice (also K2
vioce and some other stuff) that does read the controls as they are
pressed for visually impaired persons. If that's what you need Scott,
then go to that URL and look for the K3 Voice program.
