ITEM 3: K2 QUICK REFERENCE CARD
ITEM 4: ELECRAFT K2 QUICK REFERENCE
ITEM 5: K2 INDEX GENERATED BY KE7X dated

I was wondering it there were any other resources I am missing such as
the K1 resource from n7rr (VADE MECUM MAGNUM
