Simon,

Hold the REV button to listen to the VFO B frequency.
You can also swap the VFOs, then swap them back before transmitting, but if you lose track of which is which in the 'heat of battle', the UP cops will admonish you.

To listen to both VFOs simultaneously, you need to install the subRX.
