Mike,

You could try changing the decoder threshold. See "CW Decode Tips" in the manual (page 31). "Adjust the threshold so that the CWT bar flashes in sync with the received CW signal".

A threshold setting of 3 is pretty low and may attempt to decode noise unless you have a very low ambient noise location.
