Could someone please remind me why AF Gain reverts to the hardware pot level when switching keyboard focus with N1MM (and other loggers, I think)? It's really annoying when I depart the remote radio site and forget to set both AFG pots to reasonable levels. In particular, if I leave the Sub RX gain at zero, which is where it often sits when I'm there in person, then every time I try to use the sub, its volume goes to zero and I have to wiggle the knob at the control site. Is there any reason not to keep track of last gain settings and maintain them?
