No.
he tried to use it with the Heil adaptor for the front pnl and tried it in the back mic connector and can't get the mic to work.
Plug it into the rear panel. Do NOT use an adapter. Follow the instructions in the manual to select Rear Panel and to TURN ON BIAS.
