Just today I notice a faint clicking noise when using my headphones and only
when the AF is turned up not when all the way down, here is my
setup.....Elecraft k3, Begali key into a Winkeyer USB and the menu key weight
setting in the K3 is 1.10
Here is what I have tried to fix the issue with no success:
1. Tried different headphones.
2. Snap on chokes on headphone cord.
3. Removed Winkeyer and plugged key into rear of K3.
4. Tried a different key plugged it into Winkeyer and just to rear of K3.
5. Tried on Dummy load and clicking is gone.
6. Check all connections to make sure they are tight.
7. Tried my KX3 using same key and antenna and no clicks.
8. The clicking is happening on all bands.
I believe that is all I tried and I am at a loss as to what it could be, I'm
hopping it's something simple that I have overlooked.
