VFO B tunes at the same rate as VFO A for a given mode. Assuming you're not 
using cross-mode, then you can just change the rate for A, and the rate for B 
will be the same.

Normal tuning rate is 10 Hz per step. Tapping RATE switches to 1-Hz tuning. 
Holding KHZ switches to coarse tuning. All will apply to both VFOs.

To change the coarse tuning rate for a give mode, use MENU:VFO CRS.

To change the total steps per VFO knob rotation, use MENU:VFO CTS (128 or 256 
counts per turn).
