Bill, Your comment is appreciated. I am in your camp but we are a bit older and happy with our current campfire. Younger hams and new hams might be very engaged with a touchscreen interface. The “over $8 K” product managers seem to have peaked lately in their “plethora of knobs" approach to the “mature ham market”. Elecraft is still the primo innovator with regard to performance, packaging, reliability and clever circuit design.
